That the Jaiva Bhoomi India Producer Company limited to deal in produce arising from agriculture (including animal husbandry, horticulture, floriculture, pisciculture, viticulture, poultry, dairy products, goat keeping, bee raising, forestry, forest products, vegetation, re-vegetation, plantation of medicinal herbs, spice crops and others), or from any other primary activity or service which promotes the interest of the farmers or consumers; or produce of persons engaged in handloom, handicraft and other cottage industries or any product resulting from any of the above activities, including by-products; or any product resulting from an ancillary activity that would assist or promote any of the aforesaid activities or anything ancillary thereto; or any activity which is intended to increase the production of anything referred to in above, improve the quality there of; and to carry on the business of procurement, production, processing, certification, storage, packing, bottling, trading, marketing, export and import (as per National & International norms and standards) of all agricultural products and by-products and to provide services in all forms for the benefit of the members.
